Tuscaloosa Farmers Market
Other than a PSL or apple picking on a farm, what’s more fall than a farmers market? Shop a variety of local vendors as you sample your way through homemade jams, honey, cheeses, and pastries. Pick up a few goodies or stock up on weekly groceries at the Tuscaloosa Farmers Market (Saturday Market),happening year round from 7 AM to noon.
The Riverwalk is one of the prettiest places to be outdoors in Tuscaloosa. When you live in The Box district, going to this local destination on the regular is a given – it’s within walking distance of your front door and close to the Bama campus. In the fall, you’ll enjoy mild weather, gorgeous fall scenery, lots of wildlife, and countless opportunities for a candid photo op along the way. Don’t forget to bring your pup with you for the adventure!
Sometimes an indoor activity comes in handy during the changing seasons when the weather might be sunny and warm one day, and rainy or cooler the next. Escape Tuscaloosa fits the bill perfectly. You’re “locked” in a cabin with some of your favorite people and a mess of clues, and the clock is ticking to solve the puzzles and escape! This is a seriously fun fall activity, and with three themed rooms to choose from, you’ll have plenty of chances to come back another day, or stick around and do back-to-back escapes.
Civil Axe Throwing
